The title of this post is a quote from one of my favorite romantic movies, and yes, The Princess Bride is romantic, even if it’s full of pirates and giants and wizard physicians and six-fingered men! Buttercup and Westley go through the same ups and downs – though exaggerated – as any romance novel or movie couple. To be eligible to win one of the books, tell me in the comments what one of your favorite romantic movies is, if there is a line from the movie that you love, and why it’s a favorite. I’ll use Random.org to draw winners from comments left by Friday, February 18, 2011, 6:00 a.m. CST. Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010
At Writer Unboxed about writing THE ICING ON THE CAKE. Sunday, October 3rd, 2010
Don’t forget! If you’d like a copy of any book from my backlist (subject to availability; does not include The Icing on the Cake as that’s not BACKlist), this post explains how you can go about getting one! Here are two more pictures! The first one is from reader Colleen, taking at an Arizona Barnes & Noble, and the second is from author buddy Jill Shalvis from a pharmacy near her Lake Tahoe home! Yes, authors are readers, too!
