The upcoming auction . . .

The behind the scenes organizers had been hoping to launch the auction for Jo Leigh after the holiday weekend, but it may be closer to mid month or even the beginning of next before things get started. Since we’ve had some inquiries, just wanted everyone to know - and to also tell you there are some amazing things being donated for readers and writers both! AMAZING! Trust me!

In other news, Takumi finished up all his meds and returned home on Saturday. He jumped right up into Casey’s Expedition next to Sam with the biggest doggie smile on his face. Back at the front door, Snickers was wearing an even bigger one, happy to once again have her house and her people to herself. Though I’ve been washing bedding and blankets all week long, I’m now in the process of deep cleaning away the doggie smells, and this is going to include a thorough carpet cleaning!

Today will be spent packaging up a ton of prizes to be mailed out, so if you’re waiting for something, I’ll be sending the husband to the post office on Tuesday. Guess I should tell him that. And then tomorrow it’s back to A LONG, HARD RIDE for me!

Glad Takumi is feeling better, maybe things will get back to normal for you, lol, although doggie smell never seems to come out of carpet…. I love the pic posted up top; I want that cat to come play Mah Jong at my house, no one here will play with me : - (

  13. Sorry it’s taken me so long to respond, but things have been a little crazy.

Mother was so excited, Alison. She turned around and giggled out loud, clapping her hands together. Her face just lit up.

Mom said, “I just love her.”

I believe she may think you named the character after her baby, and I don’t have the heart to tell her that it’s just a coincidence..LOL.
