Alison’s Contest Rules
For any contests I run, I will post the winner’s name within 48 hours of the drawing (unless delayed by unforeseen circumstances – like having no internet or forgetting). I will post the name as an update to the giveaway, and add it to a new post as well.
I will link the name to its corresponding comment. The winner can click through to make sure the comment was indeed one she/he made. The winner must then email me via the address on my contact page within five days. I will not email the winner.
Repeat: I will not email the winner. I am giving away the prize; if you want to win, you can check back and see if you have. It’s simply a matter of time management.
If I don’t hear from the winner within five days, a second winner will be chosen and contacted privately. I don’t expect anyone to check back for that.
Unless otherwise stated in the contest post, my giveaways are now open to US readers only. International postage rates have skyrocketed here, meaning I can only afford to ship the occasional book out of the states.
Sorry, but such is the price of the economic crunch. Additionally, I provide 98% of all the books I give away on my site. From time to time I’ll offer up something another author has provided, but most of the time, it’s my pockets, and they’re not so deep.
