I understand people being unable to afford pet care and giving them up. I don’t understand anyone abandoning an animal. Cats cat pretty much fend for themselves. We feed our bunch, but they still hunt birds and lizards. We find feathers everywhere, LOL! And how nice to have your Peachy out of it!

A beautiful Orange-tabby. We got him the same as you. Our neighbor moved out and left their cat, who was pregnant, (with nothing but an open bag of dry cat food) horrible, but I guess it was better than leaving nothing. We took the mom and her litter, to the shelter, only after finding homes for two of the kittens and keeping one. He’s given us so much joy and is the strangest and coolest cat ever! You have a good heart. If everyone would just reach out and help a little like you, we would have less animals suffering!

He just followed me to the pantry, but when I turned to get a bottle of water, he scampered away and hid. He’s a goober. One night he came in through the dog door, which is in the dining room. We were all in bed, and he started meowing because he didn’t know where we were!

She will come to my lap to be petted, but don’t try to catch her to pet her. She runs fast in the other direction. Every now and then at night she will get lost downstairs, and just sit and howl until I come find her!
