I looked up HP Sauce on Wiki and they referred to A1 steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce, so I get the basic idea, but have never seen it!

I love food blogs. Suzanne McMinn always has incredible recipes with pics that make me drool. Today she’s got Italian Wedding Cake up and I had to sit on my hands so I wouldn’t leap up and make it. Culinary Cory’s awesome, too.

Thanks for this link!! Right up my street being half Dutch girl myself. And hey, I always have leeks on hand, as well as HP sauce :) It’s a well known sauce in the UK and Canada as well as Holland and South Africa. My dad used to have it with fried eggs for breakfast. (He’s the Brit side of my Dutch half)

I love her blog. It’s just fun to see her ingredients as many of them I’ve never hear of. I’ve made her Dutch Meatballs twice and they’re really good, though the gravy never turns out right!
