Where in the blogging world is Alison Kent?

Due to several reasons – carpal tunnel being a big one – I haven’t been spending much time at the computer lately. I Twitter using Twitterberry on my phone. I write my blog posts for Blaze Authors and Access Romance and GenReality on my Alphasmart, usually from the backyard. I’ve been cleaning house, and playing Wii Fit, and babysitting Sam (who today turns two years old), and watching TV, and since the husband has been working from home a lot over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been running around doing errands and such with him. There are days I only sit down at the computer once to check my business email. Lately, I’m barely keeping up with what’s going on in romancelandia, and though I’m probably missing out on some good stuff, I’m okay with it. So here’s my question about blogging. My more thoughtful posts these days have been at the three places mentioned above. I try to always link to them here so you can come visit and read if you’re so inclined. And that’s what I’m curious about. Are you so inclined? Do you follow me around the web to the blogs where I’m posting? I hate that I haven’t posted here, but honestly, if I hadn’t committed at those other locations, I probably wouldn’t be blogging at all right now. I know there’s some burn out involved, but I’ve also got this down time where I don’t have to stay virtually caught up in the industry. I do have a book coming out here in a couple of weeks that I need to do some promo on, but since I write by hand on or my Alphasmart primarily, I just haven’t felt compelled to spend time online. I’ll get back to it soon enough, the blogging here regularly, but for now, is my blogging elsewhere enough for you?

I usually read from Bloglines, and I’ve subscribed to this site and GenReality, so I get you at both of those places. I’ll have to check out the other two, but if you think of it, please post the links here — it will be a good way for other people to keep track of your meanderings.

I’m a lazy reader. I get this blog as an RSS feed through Google Reader. I will occasionally click over to comment (like now), but I rarely follow links. I think that’s partly because I’ve discovered I’m not much into group blogs either as a writer or a reader. They don’t have the same voice and character as a solo blog and so often the comments are from the group members which for some reason turns me off. I’m not saying it’s like that on any of *your* group blogs, but trying to explain my attitude.

I follow you so much I sometimes feel like a stalker! :D j/k but I usually go read your other blogs if I have the time. Sometimes it takes me a couple days to get to the other ones.
